Stupid me, what was I think when I agreed to work for co-worker today!
He was going camping, and would have had to drive all the way back to reno for one lunch shift, so I was nice and said ok, Ill do it! Thank God my boss lets us drink on the job!

wish i was in the bed and spooning. had to come to work.

yes he does!...was thinking head hurt worse, but now realize its a tye between feet and head...so is that like a head to toe hangover!

wish i was able to sleep this off with Lorgasm beside me.
i know she can not be feeling good at all. i stuck with beer lastnight
but i did drink plenty of gatorade and water in the yesterday morning.

that could be part of problem, I mixed drinks, 2 beers, 1 shot joager,3 cocktails
And I was probly dehydrated from working in yard sweating out the water I was drinking...apparently not fast enough!

Yep... alcohol makes you lose water (as does caffiene). If I'm out at a pub, I'll try to drink one glass of water for every two beers or so. On the playa you might go one for one... may be even more.

Remember... out there you are a deep space explorer and water is your air. Though I've found I can slow my water intake slightly in the evenings, since the sun isn't beating down on me. But you still gotta have it.

(heads back out to the shop)
