Lunchtime already! Aggghhh, its like a week with two Mondays to come back to the office like this. Looking at the megapixels, black cloth with grommets, I'm thinking "pirate flag"! Just add a white cocktail glass, a couple of crossed stirrers, hmmmmm.
We're off to New Mexico tomorrow morning, yowzah!

Will be based with friends in Albuquerque, go south to see our son in Socorro, east to cousins in Moriarty, north to niece in Taos, brother in Abiquiu, friends in Santa Fe. NM is pretty much infested with us. Won't be as far south as White Sands. Wish there was more time. Its partly a business trip for my wife's store/gallery. The friends we stay with do terrific copper and tin work.

thank god for the powers that look out for us and guide us through this wild ride to find out that there is life afterwards.
it has grown. it is like someone put miracle grow on the place and "poof" it grew. i have only seen pictures of what it once looked like.pinemom wrote:I havent been to vegas in 19 yrs, everyone says I wouldnt recognize it!

I think I'll have to read the posts I missed later today...or even tonight...
Pinemom- Vegas has changed a lot in 19 years. There's so much to do and too little time. We hit a lot of buffets. Can I just say, I'm an SF foody snob but those buffets kick butt!!!
Anyway, I really tried to do everything. Our first 2 days were like 104 or 105 degrees. It finally cooled up yesterday...
Lorgasm--Kitty nap sounds great. My cats were so happy to see me last night when I got home. They practically smothered me in my sleep!!
Where is LCN? I saw so many Le Chat Noir posters there and kept thinking of picking up a few for you !!! Then I thought you probably don't need them. I was staying in Paris...
So, I lost only a couple of hundred on the slots....stayed up til 6am, woke up at 9am and dragged myself to the pool...everyday.
Wish you all could have been there with me!
