The Conexus Cathedral is a large-scale representatio of a gothic cathedral at Burning Man 2006.

We need your help!

Some of you have already expressed an interest in helping out with fabrication of the Conexus Cathedral. This weekend July 7-9 is going to be a really fun weekend. We'll be doing welding and carpentry, and even hosting welding workshops. We would love to have you. Send me an email if you'd like to come by, or feel free to drop in that weekend.

Conexus Needs YOU! Please come and help build a massive Gothic vaulted
ceiling that will float 40 feet above the playa.

We are going to be welding up 76 steel trusses on the weekend of July
8th and 9th, and we need both experienced welders and those who want to
learn, or play a support role. It will be a fun time with food, drinks,
friends, beats, and melting steel.

There will be three 5 hour shifts a day starting at 9 a.m. going until
midnight. If you can't weld, you can learn. If you have welding equipment to lend us a hand, please let us know.

* 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
* 2 p.m. to 7 p.m.
* 7 p.m. to 12 p.m.

Are you an experienced welder ( It's ok if you are not )

Do you have MIG welding equipment that you can bring?

Can you help with setup the week before?

Can you help out during the week or on the the following weekends?
