Really good! (oh, happy upcoming birthday, Zoom.. I went back a wee bit to see what was up..)

Mmm... had an amazing weekend of hooping, one okay-ish hoop gig, but it was my first performance so I learned a lot (no more 15 min sets! 5 min max!).. lots of fun doing non-work hooping at the Jazz Fest (though it was good promotions for my classes)... have two FULL hoop classes that started this week and will go for the next month and a half.. waiting for my fire hoop to arrive..

.. oh, and remet someone who I'll now say is a friend, and she's from here and heading to Burning Man for the first time so we'll travel together.. which means i can bring more STUFF! <dance around> Fire Hooping at ePLaya BAr Camp, woohooo!

Now that I'm carpooling instead of bussing, I think I'll be okay to bring my own hoops :) WIll have to think if I want to bring ready-made to share right away, or tubing to let folks build their own..

.. do unwatched hoops become MOOP? Or do you think someone would claim it at the end of the event?

Become moop, Christa? Um, blow away--maybe you'd want to lock them up with a bike cable? Get forcibly adopted by less than honest participants? Always a risk, although not nessesarily a huge one. (Has anyone figured out what triggers bm theft?)

Not blown-away MOOP, but MOOP in the same way that bikes are left behind for DPW to deal with..

.. if I'm thinking of bringing or creating 8 hoops for folks to borrow and play with, either I feel the need to watch all of them and ensure they come back with me, or slap a label on that says "this is a gift from Christahoops.com - please share during the week, and if you come across this hoop on the last day of the event and want to take it home with you, please do!" ?
