Looking for a 1 Bedroom Apartment in San Diego (near dwntwn)

Post by sassysasa » Thu Jul 06, 2006 5:13 pm

Hello everyone,

I met a lady today in San Diego who recommended me to go to this site. I have never been to Burning MAn but I would love to go! Anyway, she told me how friendly and helpful everyone is in the community so I decided to hit you all up!

I hope I could get some replies because I need an apartment bad! I am willing to pay up to 825/mo. for a one bedroom. HELP!

Sasa

I'm letting this ride as an example of WHAT NOT TO DO on a NON-COMMERCIAL BOARD.

Sure you can ask for resources and make suggestions, but honestly, the reply to sassysasa should have been via private message.

We're friendly yes, but we're also protective of our boards.

"Protective of our boards"?

You mean you try to limit the amount of spam links your board receives? I can certainly understand that, but I wish all *spam* sites related to apartment locating market were as well done, informative and easy to navigate everyaptmapped.com site I found.

PM is fine, but the idea was to showcase a new resource I found and thought related.

Never mind. I misunderstood the point of this forum thread.

You did, as did the OP. No commerce, with three exceptions: tickets, fundraisers (very specific), and recommendations of where to acquire resources for camps, art, costuming.

Apartment searches would fare better on craigslist.
