Sprained my foot similar to what you have done, last year. I stepped off of the back porch onto the edge of a hole that was hidden by grass. Took about 6 weeks to heal. I stayed off of it and had to use crutches to get around. Don't walk on it until it is ready. Had a similar but less serious sprain in my wrist that I got in a tournament, it took over a year to heal because I kept using it. It did not heal until I quit fighting.

Oh the dolphins were fun and playful; So close you could almost touch them!!! Poor Zoom had too much fun playin that he just rested all day yesterday. (Actually I think the week just caught up with him). Which was okay. It was raining. So I just kicked back and caught up on the current events. Lazy day.

I think Zoom really had a great birthday. What really made it special for him was you and the rest of the tribe sending out warm wishes.. Thanks. It was a great kick off to Zoomfest 2006!!

thank you Cin, we have been together for almost two years and it is still like the first day between us. that fresh love that continues forever. that is why i am the lucky one.
can not wait to meet everyone, we will drink together laugh together and dammit party together.

Cin - Your Bday is the day after mine (Dec. 16). My Bday was so overshadowed by xmas that it seemed that it was sometimes barely even noticed.

Did that happen to you?

That didn't really happen to me. I had 3 small get togethers for my birthday in December. Then I had a big celebration in January...I figure I get a 1 month buffer either way because of competing with Christ. It's like my "handicap" for those golfers out there. So Boxy, keep that in mind this year!

Hi ya'll Im just giddy from the last 24 hrs..Went out and enjoyed small taste of BM in reno last night, then today was meeting of minds at my annual weekend costuming get together, man where do we come up with this stuff, ITS fabu!!! Uber fabu!!!

Just completed my school work. Hopefully that'll be all I need. Just when I think I've jumped the last hurdle, those little fuckers throw another one in front of me. That school has made a mint off me. Tomorrow I turn it in and get myself an "atta girl" shot of Wild Turkey!

Of course, when I get back from the burn then I take my CLA exam. I just have this strange desire to have as many initials as possible after my last name.
