I saw a documentary once like that..... the amazon women were all sitting around spitting into the vat for fermentation.... I can't imagine it tasting worth a sh..t, but seriously they had it on one of those geographic shows, or something....

mmmm.... go figure...

LeChat, I know Karein is packing for the move but there is a little mater of the regional equity agreement. for her to be able to move to Kentucky, you will have to provide the Twin Cities with a Burner of equal or greater value. I know this places you on kind of a spot because it means you’ll have to in effect declare someone else as an equal to Karein , but there is nothing I can do about that the agreement is set in stone.

Hello Duck and Rebbi, BoxB - just ready to head out. Spent five great days in New Mexico, now back in the humid swamp.

Duckie! Howyadoin?

Why were you demolishing a poor house? What did it ever do to you?

(unless you're in Katrina Zone helping clear the wrecks...)

Oh, no nothing that noble. Just busting some butt to raisde money forde trip.

It was the only crappy room in an otherwise spectacular multimillion dollar house.

So we demolished it down to the dirt... just the room, that is.

Nice! I helped on the renos on the house I currently live in... the landlord is a friend and gave us an amazing deal on rent since the renos only got done to the point where they ran out of money :) .. most of my work was along the lines of painting, did a wee bit of trim installation in the bathroom but that was it.. got to watch him play with a Sawsall and cut holes in all the wrong places, whoops!

I'm teaching a ton of things to make money for the trip... lifeguard classes, CPR and first aid courses, Hooping (which is going incredibly well, they are all filling up and we keep having to add more!).. now if I can just curb the shopping habit, or at least keep it BUrning Man specific... the amount of fun fur and costumey things I'm buying is kinda good, yet not <grin>

Should have enough to buy food for our dinner, though :) I haven't been doing much more in the way of recipe searching (did you get that link I think I sent..?)... find anything, or you too busy too?

X.
