I would like to at this time give
my heartfelt thanks and appreciation
to:
Emily, *Dork* and the new gang of Moddies
that have made our grassroots militia of
rag tag Spam-Hunters, along with the
Fundemental Order of the Wormhole,
as well as this thread - practically un-needed.
It was a rather ineffective odd little fix to an in our face problem; and I`m glad to see that it isn`t needed any longer.
I`m glad to see more attention being given to mods and code
and while I haven`t seen a drastic decrease in board spamming attempts,
I have seen a drastic change in the attitudes and the speed in dealing with offenders. I`m also pleased that the powers that be delegated the authority to look seriously at the problem, and hopefully we can get up to speed with modifications...
Whoever got the ball rolling deserves a big pat on the back, and I hope that the board`s relationship and cooperation with the Org continues to strengthen and improve as well.

...just another example of what can happen if you empower the people.
