I can't remember who it was here who mentioned being assaulted and having their bike stolen but someone sent me this link today. Justice is served! Burn in hell, clown you fucking FUCK!

Man Accused of Assault at Burning Man While Dressed As Clown Tracked Down by Victim's Friends

RENO, Nev. Aug 18, 2005 — A man dressed as a clown who assaulted another man and stole his bicycle at last year's Burning Man festival has been sentenced after the victim's friends tracked down the disguised assailant.

Justice delayed but at least it's not justice denied.

I have a short list of things I despise in the world. Deer would be on the list, clowns are right behind them. The only reason I tolerate them at all is I do respect the history and artistry behind what they do. I will look from a distance. But get one in my face and it won't be a pleasant encounter.

It's great the guy got punished . But i think the bailif's should have thrown him to the ground and kicked his ass and then of course broke his arm. Now thats justice.

What about that Nambla the Clown guy who's in so many pictures on the BM site? I thought that everyone adored him.

I saw him on the playa in 2000 and he had this really weird giant candle thing on his head and I reached out to touch it and he screamed at me. He really lost it. It was innocent enough. Dirty clown.
