My agents tell me that the Camp Herring has always been
just that....a Red Herring...building a camp takes many volunteers or, as
in our case, forced slave labor from Northern European countries.
Planning and building a camp from the frigid wastelands of Norway just
does not appear to be feasible.

That said, anticipate the Norwegians to have some crappy cardboard sign
over a ripped pup tent (or igloo) which says "Velkom to Norvay"....it will
certainly be very, very lame indeed. But did you EVER expect anything
more from the Herring Huggers? We at KAStaPo HQ never did.

Herrings... ah yes. Well, they will make a good show of it... and intel suggests a tower has been constructed. They will be scowling in the BRCIBH camp, the former stronghold the the now vestigial UN Peacekeers-- I here they still muck about.... futile. Resistance is useless.

The tower is said to be formidable looking, but our agents have info on it's weekness.
