OMG: Just did a 3 mile hike around the hood. Got so crazy hot from the heat (FLA heat is a very wet hot). Even did some runnin. BIG mistake. Got home, got naked and jumped in the pool. Neighbors were out doin their yard work but I did not care one bit. I am having the best rush right now. Yep, still naked and drippin. I'm gettin a beer. Fuck the weights. I'll deal with the iron tomorrow.
