Oh, and fuck, I just discovered that chocolate is a source of natural sodium benzoate, and raspberries, and honey, and yogurt, and apricots, and even fucking cinnamon. I'm allergic to chocolate and if I eat too much of it I pay the price with all sorts of weird problems. But there's no way I'll give it up, I cut back on how much I eat and live with the minor annoyances.
