Probably a FAQ: rebar source in bay area

Post by jmayer » Sat Aug 12, 2006 9:39 am

The last item on my to-do list is to purchase rebar for my camp. I just did an inventory, and realize that I need to purchase in excess of 600' of rebar. Yikes!

Can someone advise me on an inexpensive, reliable source for bulk rebar? I assume I'll be cutting the bars myself, all night long baby.

Thanks,
- Jonathan.

It turned out that Home Depot Pro had exactly what we wanted, for about 33 cents per foot, cut to almost the size we need (we'll still bisect 100 pieces of rebar this week).

"Never mind, thanks for the help!"
