But NOT on the side of the road… got it? Everybody makes it without problem this year. I have spoken.

Mr.Koosh called me from work earlier this week to tell me he was behind a playa-colored RV covered in stickers, with a countdown clock in the back window - "The Man burns in..."PlayaPetal wrote:Good Morning yall... I am excited to report I saw my first burner on their way home on the freeway yesterday (dusty decorated bikes on the back of a multi-colored mini winny) - I love burner season...

Anything purple is mine. Anything else can be dyed or painted.

One way or the other, the bar will happen. With, or without, the tent and the bar and all the other things Mozy was going to bring.
I hope he gets his truck back, or at least is able to get a replacement, but time is short either way. Backup plans should now swing into effect. We'll need to setup some shade and a couple of folding tables. It won't be the same, but it could be worse.

This gives new meaning to that saying: If it's not difficult or expensive it's likely not a good playa project. Damn. Mozy I wish there was something more I could do besides wish you the best of luck in scrambling to pull things together but it's all I can do. Again...DAMN!

It sounds like they took both. I've never thought about someone taking my trailer...I need to rethink my own security measures for it now that I've heard about this.sputnik wrote:I still don't get how a new trailer works into the picture, but I've got to hit the sack.
Goodnight.
