4:30 Spoke Party ANNOUNCEMENT

If you haven’t heard by now, then get your head out of the dust! Thursday night on the playa, the 4:30 spoke is the place to be! Get your hot bods and hot rods over there and cruise the spoke baby! There’s all kinds of happenins goin on. Just to name a few...

The Pink Flamingo Lounge (4:30 & Anxious) will be having all night dancing and the bar will be open.

YATP (4:30 & Anxious) ... does someone smell bacon?.

* * * * *

Down at Grooville (4:30 and Chance), I'll be pulling together an aerialist show that will knock your socks (or at least your Holey Soles) off. Probably starting earlier in the evening (8ish) so we can all enjoy the rest of the festivities later on. C'mon down!

The Astral Lounge (within Lustre Village @ 4:30 & Destiny) will be serving cocktails and pumping out the dance music.

We are Camp Montage (Destiny at 4:30). We are bringing a massive Art Gallery to the desert this year... over 30 large Montages of last year's Burning Man... part of it is indoors - a chill space for you to visit - and part outside. We will add our sound system to the block party on Thursday night. We also have a crazy old Hag that will be the oldest woman on the playa - 84! and counting... she was a burlesque singer during one of those wars we always heard about as kids. Thursday night we will pump her full of 'liquid eyeliner' or Margarits and set her loose on the 4:30 spoke ... a must see!

Quixotes Cabaret Bar and Club (within Avalon Village 4:30 & Destiny) is the Euro trash camp lowering the tone of the neighbourhood. Thursday night is our cabaret preformance we will be opening our stage and our camp and more importantly our foooooking bar, run by yours truly, drunkennurse. On thursday night from 9-11 with top notch burlesque/steam punk cabaret to entertain you good peeps. Whatever accent makes you hard we have it at quixotes!!! Comeplay with your European neighbours. We travelled all the way form Europe again to play with you guys so you can travel a couple of blocks to see us, right???

Avalon is a village of about 200-300 people (4:30 & Destiny). We will be wandering all over 4:30 Thursday night for the block party, as well as putting on dance parties, fire performance, a cabaret and lots of good fun directly in our village of Avalon.

Lustre (4:30 & Destiny) will be hosting the Little Black Dress party, we'll be mingling with you all in creating one hell of a boulevard for all! Oh the streets are alive with the sound of booom BOp !! The Lustre Clustre will be in L'il Black Dresses if all goes to play for the Thursday Soireé.

Camp Tramp (Guess & 4:30) hosts trampaoke, the trampolympics, and a fondue extravaganza early Thursday evening. Bouncing bodies, molten chocolate and cheese - don't miss it!

The Crazy Canadians Cosmic Cats (4:30 Plaza)... C4 camp is down with this.

Hair of the Dog (4:30 Plaza) will offer up its time-tested combo of strong drinks and loud music at our bar and open-mic stage.

Also...

There will be open spinning -- no reserved spots or invitation only here! Just please follow strict safety procedures as technically we're not allowed to fire dance within the city limits.
