I love my MSR Whisperlite Internationale camp stove. It's one piece of camping gear that has NEVER failed me.

Every time I rely on El Sol to do anything for me it usually rains or stays cloudy all day.

MSR Stove

That and before the fuel gets hot enough, you can have a most excellent fire.

Clean that MSR and it will make you happy.

I'm bringing a Coleman stove and a mini potbelly stove. I got 15-minute meals down to a point where cooking and eating out there doesn't take a lot out of my day, and buying ingredients is cheaper than pre-prepared.

Aside from the traditional Dinty and such, I picked up a couple of precooked, vac-sealed entrees that are designed to be nuked....I'm going to test some rooftop foodwarming theories. My usual MO is open can, tear off label, put can onto single-burner Coleman and wait.
