Zoom came by last night and had our mini meeting. Dammit...5 more days to get our shit together. Zoom is being so calm. I'm freakin out. I've never had to do this on my own persay. My other travels consisted of a very experienced traveler. Now I get to be the fucking tour guide and I just want to make sure we have EVERYTHING!!! I know I'm overthinkin this but damn! I know. Once we are on the fuckin plane in the sky....uh...very high up in the sky.....uh...uh..okay I'm freakin out about that too. Fuck! Hate flying.

I think I'm gonna do what a friend of mine years ago. She sang all of Patsy Cline's songs...very loud. I wasn't there. She just told me about it. Years ago on the way to NY I went alone. I took Eastern. It was during their strike and had a fucking "SCAB" piloting the plane. Oh fuck! After landing I got up and gave the pilots a standing ovation. No one joined me. I didn't care. The flight attendants loved it.

Lorgasm, there are 4 natural chemicals that control the brain. One of them "GABA" causes calming. I read that if you take 400 mg? before a flight, you won't have panic problems. Might be worth a check.
