Very well. Just getting a little wistful, waving at all you guys from the porch as you depart. How was the drive to Utah? Arms all better? Enjoying the kids? Have a great burn!

drive to utah was interesting but uneventful, fortunately since any events with both hands in braces would probably have been bad.

left hand is out of brace now, still sore but useful.

right hand is still in brace and mostly disfunctional. i can use the thumb and forfinger. two middle fingers are still painful to touch.

shoulders are still sore but 800mg of ibuprofen helps with that.

overall there is some definate improvement.

And I am enjoying visits with the wife and kids. I will have the kids for the next 2 days then wife will pick them up saturday morning and I will leave for the burn.

a small recap... last vacation early march 06... two days in FL for a wedding... most recent vacation before that... labor day 04... hurricane francis and universal studios and 3 teenagers...

Actually we leave very friggin early tomorrow morning. Basically probably won't sleep tonight; 36-48 hour day. Trying not to overpack this year. I have a tendency to overpack.
