FINDING INDIVIDUAL CAMPS WAS A NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!!!!!!

The last time I was at the burn I had a hell of a time finding each theme camp to experience their scheduled events. It seems as though the maps and schedules were incorrect.

I was a virgin, however I was able to maneuver through the city. I feel as though I missed out on alot.
CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!?????????????

Icarus104, one big problem is that many theme camps don't have a name prominently displayed, so when you try and find it ("...Oh wow dude, you'll see us, like, uh, around 4:20 and a few blocks up, can't miss it...") they all look alike. Now some camps, the the Apokolipticans, Barbie Death Camp, and most Esplanade camps (Lost Penguin, Flight to Mars, etc.) have clear and definable signage, but many smaller theme camps just haven't thought through it or think they're cool enough or cute enough that only those who need to find them will find them. It can be impossible even for the most grizzeled veteran, much less a newbie, to be able to navigate around the swirling maelstrom that is Black Rock City. I think many believe they're selling out to The Man if they advertise their camps prominently. I think they're dead wrong, but I doubt it will likely change any time soon.

Every year I get about 80% of my plans done preplaya. Maybe those lost signs are in the other 20. Ask nosy questions.
