Have you not read the 1st timer guide yet??? Yes many issues come up with video cams. Please read the 1st timers guide. It may also keep you alive............

frosty you may still have a little time Call them I suggest. or you can risk doing this on the playa. they may want to see examples of past work. I just got my video press pass.

If you are seen filming without the requesite camera pass you may be asked to pack up and leave the event.
For someone who has a video project going on I find it amazing that your post suggest such a lack of familiarity or preparedness so close to the event.
You need to read the first timers guide and make appropriate contacts before you do anything else.
