Need a doctor's note so I can go to BM!!

Are there any doctors in the Los Angeles area who would be willing to write me a note on their letterhead saying that I was in their office on September 1st? It's the only way I can get out of work!! Please let me know if you can help, or if you have any ideas on how to get a note! Thanks... Denise

i had my back go nuts on me a couple days ago.. no history of back problems.. and normally an extremely high pain tolerance.

i literally couldnt stand up and experienced the worst pain in my life. they hooked me up with vicodin, flexeril, and motrin. im in the military, so they have to clear me in advance of me being able to do much of anything.

my leave i took for BM starts tomorrow and i have to go in first thing in morning to have them clear me to go.

(back is still a little sensitive, but definitely a thousand times better than it was 2 days ago)

You're going to a family reunion, your family will help care for you while you heal up on leave.

Got my son home for BM in 04, family reunion and a call to the base commander from dad worked very well! My son paid ten fold when he got back to base from his Master Sgt. but he said it was worth the price.

As far as Dr. note ....I think you can find anything on line if your willing to fork over some cash!

yeah.. i think ill be ok.. and if it hurts in the morning, hopefully i can fake it!

or maybe theyll send me on my merry way with extra meds!!
