Did anyone see the aquarium?

Post by Fat SAM » Mon Sep 04, 2006 7:07 pm

I'm still trying to figure out if it was a trick or not. There was an aquarium in the region of 8 and Chance with what appeared to be totally content fish swimming in it and I saw it Friday night. Amazing. Best thing i saw this year and there were MANY good things to see.
Thanks to Addis, I had more free time.

I know my group walked by an aquarium one night, and being a "wee bit" drunk we were also confused if they were real or not. You are not alone in being amazed.

Missed the fish, but did come across an aquarium with mummified? cats in it. Kinda freaked me a little.

Really wish I'd found the fish instead.

Yep. I saw it. The fish were real. I also met a guy with two parrots at the burn. I think I liked the fish tank camp more.

I too saw a few more animals this year than before. Anyone come across the guy with chickens running around his camp?

Also, I really agree with the "no dogs" policy, mainly because I hate hippies and their hippy dogs.

I heard the rooster in a camp near Greeters. I asked them, "Is that just a sound effect or did someone bring a rooster out here?" Why would anyone bring a rooster to the Burn? Except to make coq au vin?

I also heard a rumour that some locals brought their horses and rode them around, but didn't see anything like that.

An aquarium I could understand; it's water, it's a self-contained system, MOOP is concentrated to one place. Wonder how his filter and skimmer held up with that dust cyclone on Wednesday?
