The reason for the problem:

Sorry you had trouble with the email address I sent you -- I tried to send you a personal message through eplaya with Andrew's account information, but that failed too.

Send me a message to my yahoo account -- [email protected] -- and I'll send you Andrew's address (I don't want to post it on eplaya without his permission).
