Just want to say thanks and a big hug to all that made the Eplaya bar so righteous. It was a joy to meet everyone. I enjoyed the talks, the hugs, the handjobs from Pinemom, the spankings from the Velvetina, the hooka experience from Nate, the body shots from Zoom and MOzy....Ahhh MOzy, you were great. Thanks to Desert Duck for the ride and great vibes. You do look hot in a black dress. K4, I love you vibe, your love, your eyes. Jewel, you were awesome, Tish, what can I say. To Spectabills, you rock. To Zule, you are love. Everyone, thanks.

Well, my bed now reeks of catnip and playa dust. Off of to sleep now. Congrats TITWI and Pinemom! Was I there...Did it happen? I feel lost. Well, ciao.
LOve,
Lorgasm
My favorite comment heard was Tuesday at the fashion show when I heard a voice cry out." Oh shit, its Lorgasm." I love that.

It was really cool to meet you all - Joel, Sputnik, Pinemom - looking forward to hanging out at the eplaya bar more often next year...
Don't worry; it only seems kinky the first time.

Decompression seems to be ok for me. I keep smiling just thinking about the burn.
When I went to burning man I wasn't sure if it would become an annual event for me. Now I have a burning man box and I'm thinking of costumes. Pinemon, I will be looking for inspiration.
Time for bedtime stories.......

Yes, Jewel it is nice to be regular again. And nice that all these good people are so supportive in this matter now that we've gone public....something about those jots .... what can I say,

Vineger is the key.

First thing you do is rinse down your whole body well, fill a liter bottle with a mixture of 1/2 cup vinegar and the rest water. When you are sufficently wet, continue rinseing with the solution especially your hair. The vinegar nutrilizes the alkiline in the dust that will. After you rinse the solution completly off ( there will be some slight stings as the solution hits cuts and bruises, but it's all good), you may want to repeat this several times just to nutrealize the playa alkali. You will notice an immediate difference, the shampoo will lather again and the brown dust that seems to never come off starts to peel off. afterwards soak your feet in the solution for about a half hour in hot water, then cover them with something like Corn Huskers hand lotion, then a clean pair of white cotton socks for the night and Vo'laa back to normal. YMMV.....

I think Pinemom roofied me. I only hope her daughter didn't see me pointing skyward while I was dreaming of my playagirl.

Hello everyone. I just wanted to say how awsome it was to get to meet everyone in "3D"! :D I had a really fresh time at ePlaya Barcamp, probably one of the happeniest and down to Earth places to be. Early Sunday morning as I was leaving the bar, I listened to two folks for half an hour rave about how cool and how "The Bar" had made their burn. It was quite touching (Kudos to Mozy Bonz- that setup was fantastic!)
So here's some quick shout outs:
LeChat Noir- It was great to finally meet you and Karine. We (COFFEE CAMP) listened to your compilation discs on the ride home and it was what kept us up on the ride :D ! You have a good, caring prescence about yourself. Thank you for the conversation.
Box Burner- Hello! Good to spend some time talking as well. Hope you had a good first year out and plan on coming oiut again.
TITWI- What can I say? Had a blast with you the first night showed up on the Playa. Those some odd numbers of streams of Captain Morgans really went down the hatch. Then, there was a time to wake up the next day (ooouuuchh :) ) Good to meet you. Hope to swing in the dust with you again.
Zule- Glad to see you made the trip out this year. Thank you for the good conversation.
Mozy- Congrats on resurrecting one of the coolest establishments this side of the Vermont ice cream factory!
Also, glad to finally meet and smile with sputnik, S.E.D, Nogganoodle, J*** , shoegirl, ED, Chai Guy, tisha2, Crypto (p.s.-thanks for the jacket!), KIV,Dr. Pyro and anyone else from ePlaya my dehydrated brain is forgetting. Hope to see Bar Camp make a second run next year. What will it be? It will be what good humans put into it... love and see ya!!! CLARKcon

rested up a bit. hot bath with epsom salts and 800mg of ibuprophen. what an awsome burn. i did not contribute much i think. for obvious and not so obvious reasons. my apologies. but i learned an awful lot. watching DD, Soko and TITWI tend bar. the interaction with/between barflies and patrons (thanks TITWI). talks with Mozy and Linda. being rescued by Mozy and Nate, thank you. the gentle sweet love of Fishy and all the other bar folk. i came without expectations but in the end i found what i was looking for most. i found me. my wife noticed the difference immediately and said it was good. thank you everyone. :D

tonight i will open one of the last two bottles of TITWIs home brew and raise it up to burning man, the eplaya bar and all the barflies!

(Cc slaps himself) and glad to finally meet Desert Duck, who's marvelous bartending skills are only surpassed by his amazing ability to sensually dance in lingerie without missing a beat to the music in front of 20+ bar patrons. Word. :D

The bar is such a wonderful place - both cyber and playa versions. I wish I'd had more time to spend at the Bar but will strive for more next year.

We made it home, parked the rig, locked it and walked away. I'll unpack this weekend after the mountain of work that was waiting for me is whittled down.

....such a nice afterglow.....

Hey Box Burner,

We listened to the CD you gifted us with on the way through the mountains. Really cool. You gotta come next year so I can turn you on to some of my turnes. THey are pretty tibetan, tribal, and old school.

We really gotta do this again.....

Box B you were a work of art! I loved the green but I just loved your presence.

Tisha2, I saw you ride away on your bike and was close to running after you but I thought you'd be back.

There were a few of you I missed when you came by the bar. Hopefully there will be other chances to go.

Thanks for the tips on getting my skin and hair back to normal. I will try it all!!

Gosh...I love you all! I am not sure if I made that clear while I was at the bar but I felt so happy to be with all of you. The last 2 days in the sun were really hard on me physically. I think the bloody mary's on Thursday did me in for sure. Damn those were good! Where is Jeremy? I told him to post here!!!

Okay, now I'm babbling. Sorry...my head hurts still...maybe I need another bloody mary...do we have any mix behind the bar?

Honey, I'm home!

Yes, I have returned to Offhand Manor. Mr.Koosh (aka PenguinBoy) was here to help Fishy and me offload my gear, and she departed for her place around 6pm local; she'll be back online when she returns to work Monday.

I don't even know where to begin. No, I take that back. Mozy, Mozy, Mozy...you are a fucking rockstar, man. You were the glue that held us all together, even when it looked like we might come apart at the seams.

Pinemom - Thank you for hosting us before the event. Tell BabyBurner I can't wait to see her spin at the wedding next year.

TITWI - Ye make a damn fine pirate, matey. And seeing you and Pinemom together was a joy to behold. Your love is palpable.

Fishydear...thank you again for being the one to bring me Home this year. I hope I was there for you when you needed it.

I could sit here all night naming names, and I'd still forget someone, I'm sure of it. A (never-ending-)blanket THANK YOU to everyone who was part of my Burn this year, and an equally-huge I'M SORRY to everyone I missed as a result of all the hours I put in at DMV this year. I love what I do out there, but I hate that it kept me away from you.

Here's the link to the pictures Cin and I took. We missed lots of people, so everybody please post links.

They seemed to upload in reverse order. But I think the slideshow may be random anyway. Enjoy ...

ESPRESSO'S ON !!!!!

hey gang...what a boring day at work...it just can't compare.

I want thank all you folks that helped out serving at EspressoCamp. With you and help from Mash 4207th, we served 3278 shots of espresso!!

As BBSue sez: "that's $10000 out of center camp"

probably less than that, but an interesting concept..

Thanks to Hokey Pokey Camp for helping with teardown. We were operational, to packed and moop patrolling (one cig butt, not ours), in about 2 1/2 hours.

It was another enjoyable year. keep in touch
