Love the concept of the green man art on your webpage. With suitable internal lighting, it would look awesome at night also. I also think that I have seen glow-in-the-dark army men before, I will start looking....a few of those mixed in....(say for the eyes). Maybe also include a base suitable for writing thoughts, wishes, etc. for soldiers elsewhere (a shrine if you will).

It occurs to me that we could also include some flame effects (say out of the m16 barrel). Martini Steve is fast becoming an expert there, you may want to talk to him about his VERY INTERESTING flame project for 2007 (hint - think "Predator"). It could be a center piece for the Apok camp entrance with suitable inducement. And I still have my acetylene cannons from 2002...

I am also kicking around an idea of burying shock/pressure sensors in the Playa (mines) that are hooked up to a suitable amp & speakers that makes a loud BANG! when someone steps on them....get through the minefield and get a drink, or something. Fail, and you get to clean out your shorts! Some obvious issues with the noise and other near-by camps, maybe limited hours of operation.

My foundry friend assures me making aluminum army men souveniers on playa is very feasible, but it would be slow (unless many molds were available) and obviously require severe safety restraints (and alot of heat!). More on this later....

I would guess you might as well go for the whole half block designated to theme camps because if anyone else is assigned there we will assimilate them anyway,... ( All your bases is belonging to us )

Street frontage worked well for the Bar Camp, and Espresso Camp it made it real inviting, APOKILIPTIKA and the 4207 had central space s behind there facades , would you want to continue that , or use a shared courtyard with your own gate entrances, how about a relatively large commons? Would we want to make use of the frontage on A and B or basically have a wall of RVs? Internal roads you could get a pumper truck down seems necessary , along with parking for camp members who need to get there vehicles out to use in there org capacities. The Bar Camp used a jots gray water tank instead of an evaporation pond ,..Oh so handy, would you want to consider that , or dedicate space for one or more evaporation set ups ? Is there any idea how many people we are talking about, is a shared shower facility even practical? If a shared shower set up is practical is it worth looking into bulk water and maybe a propane water heater or large solar water heater for it? Do you want a common mutant vehicle parking zone along one of the facades or individual mutant vehicle parking showing connection to your camp?
