I don't know about a cigar but something from BC would be nice about now. Mondays just suck. It's gotta get better though.

Mozy -

AAARRRR is excellent - we spent the weekend with kayaks & snorkel gear at Santa Cruz Island just offshore here. What an incredible place. It's all Marine Reserve with kelp forest right off the beach, sea caves explorable by kayak, great backpack - style camping. Ahhhhh......... Makes it hard to be here in the office though.....

And how is the lovely Linda?

For someone who keeps saying that everything we think we know about sex is probably wrong, I keep making that mistake.

certainly, it's hard for men to publically admit they like fat or hairy women.

some of it does look easier to me (ie--women are supposed to only like "romantic" sex and even more if it's for making a baby!) but the truth is we live in such an erotophobic culture and it comes down pretty hard on all of us.

Who says it has to be once per year? You can bring the playa experience / mindset home. I did this year and it's substantially changed things around here. So much so that now it looks like I'll be out on the kaballarians website picking out names...and I'll leave it at that because it's not absolutely positively confirmed just yet.

Mozy,
Sorry for the abrupt departure. I'm on a library computer so I have limited access. I got booted off at 5pm, 3pm west coast. It makes it hard to do real time.
And Fishy, it was before and I think it was more than five boxes, wasn't it?
Fishy set me up with some great costumery. And thanks again.
I gave Carine the dresses and the oriental top.
Seemed appropriate.
I found better stuff in Fishy's fashion shop than in the whole rest of the playa.

I saw one of the govt promos of Kazakhstan on cnn. It ran over a minute and was very slick. It said wander...
"Everything is more wonderful when you do it with a car, don't you think?"
-girl by the fire, watching a tree moved by car bumper in the bonfire

It would be a shame if I had to resort to self-deception to preserve my faith in objective reality.

It has served me very well. When the WOW's outnumber the not wow by at least 20 to 1, well... I do realize that I have been this way longer than tha last three years though.
