I'm looking to contact the folks from "apollo by day, dionysis by night."
I want to know about the music that was playing one night when I went in (I think saturday night) and viewed a BM documentary (or random footage, not sure, it was a montage of some sort)...especially the Ren and Stimpy song. Wondering who was the Dj remixing the songs, is it an obtainable mix/spin session, etc.
Thanks so much for any help!!!
Much Love,

hi llillith,
i believe Ed from apollo by day & dionysus by night already replied but i thought i would post a reply as well, even though it's many moons and one burn away from your original message.
ed & the apollo / dionysus crew generously gave me the reigns of the sound & video system during the saturday night burn back in 2005 from around 1:30 to 3:30 a.m. the 2 hour long music video/movie project i put on the system is called "the dreaMatrix".
i believe someone started my movie over again after the initial run as background for the dj who followed me, whose name i am unaware. i didn't use "ren & stimpy" in my music/samples so i imagine you were hearing the mix from the dj that followed which was possibly set to the video i edited. there you go, a far future reply with an attempt to piece together, which was for me, a fantastic, life changing night.
super cheers to apollo by day & dionysus by night. you people rock !!!
if my video was indeed the one you saw, i'll be re-mastering the entire project in the higheset possible resolution with 5.1 surround sound in the near future. the video will be released in 5 minute segments to promote the sources to which i payed homage throughout the 2 hour run of the music video. my day job is currently retarding this process but if all goes well, i'll have http://www.hiphi.tv online (HIgh PHIlosphy TeleVision) sometime before spring 2007. i suppose we'll know for certain whether your post references this project or not once you've had an opportunity to review these segments.
here's to you and all the burners that heat of up this world!
