Lots of luck with that. We can't even get a pool table.

No offense but you can call it barbecue but if you want real Barbecue arrange a stopover in KC and check out Arthur Bryant's, Gates & Sons, or Jack's Stack. Then you'll know what real BBQ is. Remember, we raise beef out here so we know our stuff!

(If anyone ever gets to stop at Arthur Bryant's original location on Brooklyn do it during the week when the main pit boss is working. He's been fixing BBQ for 62 years and counting...he knows Barbecue! And he's got a big chunk of the city spoiled thanks to his talents!)

Texans make a lot of good food...but I don't see the Food Network running around any Texas cities showcasing barbecue! So...you were saying something?

The Food Network? WTF do they know about barbeque? When you are the best on the planet, sometimes being humble is the way to go.

Joe's Barbeque, in Alvin By God Texas. A fucking food orgasm.

I'm gonna find out, by God. I've got my app. into Memphis Minnie's, and they do the full real deal. All their sauces are from scratch, and they do represent for Texas (as well as South Carolina and another....hmmm... state). All I can say is, if they can take the time and effort to cook their brisket for 18 hours, they'd better be good. Or else.

Lots of good exercise on the agenda this morning. (Just in case you were all wondering what I had going on today :D) Yes, it's time to sweat out some of the toxins that i've been poisoning my body with. no, no, nothing major, mind you, but a good body cleansing never hurt anyone!

Joel, my digits will always be available, but just be careful dude, I may poke your eye out with one of them............

Ok, really have to motivate now, so.............see ya'll later
