if math doesn't suit your explaination, then why did you introduce a math symbol?

What do any of us really know? I try to take things with a grain of salt…believe nothing I hear and only half of what I see. And try to never sound like an old man riding a goat.

A very tall majestic Oak can grow to a point it can no longer see the very small ecosystem below it's lower branches, in which many wonderful things play out. Not feeling and understanding the lower roots, upon which one came, can leave a lonely feeling to stand tall in.........

And when the roots don’t have a good hold in the ground the tree can topple in the wind and die. The roots need to be strong and deep.

Hard to do when your roots are being removed to make room for other plants the tree still falls and dies in the end.

RULES FOR CUTTING YOUR OWN FIREWOOD

1. Park twice as far from the tree as the tree is tall.
2. Never park downhill from the tree you are cutting down.
3. The fact that you live within driving distance of a forest
does not make you a lumberjack.
4. Just to be on the safe side, always borrow your buddy's truck.

Ether way still a dead tree. The tree can't live without support from the roots. Once the tree starts to die …..well there you go ..so make your mulch. Lotsa mulch. Just another dead tree right...

From the dark in the back of the bar a sound of a whisky cork...
On comes the Jukebox Robert Plant

My love is in league with the freeway
Its passion will ride, as the cities fly by
And the tail-lights dissolve, in the coming of night
And the questions in thousands take flight
My love is a-miles in the waiting
The eyes that just stare, and the glance at the clock
And the secret that burns, and the pain that grows dark
And it's you once again
Leading me on - leading me down the road
Driving beyond - driving me down the road

My love is exceedingly vivid
Red-eyed and fevered with the hum of the miles
Distance and longing, my thoughts do provide
Should I rest for a while at the side
Your love is cradled in knowing
Eyes in the mirror, still expecting they'll come
Sensing too well when the journey is done
There is no turning back - no
There is no turning back - on the run

My love is in league with the freeway
Oh the freeway, and the coming of night-time
My love is in league with the freeway

Artist: The Beatles Lyrics
Song: Revolution Lyrics

You say you want a revolution
Well, you know
We all want to change the world
You tell me that it's evolution
Well, you know
We all want to change the world
But when you talk about destruction
Don't you know that you can count me out
Don't you know it's gonna be all right
all right, all right

You say you got a real solution
Well, you know
We'd all love to see the plan
You ask me for a contribution
Well, you know
We're doing what we can
But when you want money
for people with minds that hate
All I can tell is brother you have to wait
Don't you know it's gonna be all right
all right, all right
Ah

ah, ah, ah, ah, ah...
On comes the Jukebox

You say you'll change the constitution
Well, you know
We all want to change your head
You tell me it's the institution
Well, you know
You better free you mind instead
But if you go carrying pictures of chairman Mao
You ain't going to make it with anyone anyhow
Don't you know it's gonna be all right
all right, all right
all right, all right, all right
all right, all right, all right

In the context of tree strengths, seedlings dropped by the tree help the root system grow even stronger, it prevents the seasons rains from taking away to much soil that nurishes the tree. But after years and years of growth, the parent tree needs nutrients, and either stiffles the seedlings from forming into a full tree or it absorbs the tree'ling all-together to grow as one huge malformed, but stronger tree!
There are cases, such as in my own front yard where one older wiser tree over shadowed the treeling so forcefully that it has caused the yearling to weep sap excessively, to the point where It may die............................
