By "they" you ,of course, mean Texans, right? Mind you they raise Cain there as well, in addition to blisters and gobs of G.O.P. cash.

Good News!!! I have had a few offers or ideas, but the year is still young, and Im still not to sure what camps welcome's newbies with open arms. I was told to e mail camps and explain what Im looking for and wait for a response. YA RIGHT LOL I was curious if there were any camps that had a female to male ratio of lets say....ummmm 10 to 1 ? How can I choose, when the list is so small? When do tickets go on sale? yippeee the UPS man just dropped off 10,000 marti gras beads. and my portable weed eater 2 stroke blender just got serviced.

isn't the male/female ratio at BRC something like 10:1??? and why do you need a 'wife' at BM??? self-sufficiency for *one* week out of the year-try it, you might like it!!! Your focus seems to be BEER and 'LADIES'-isn't BM about ART and SELF-EXPRESSION???

Radical self expression can be pretty messy.

But I thought there was beer and showers in the RV? Wonder what one must do for the beads.

Damm.......walked right into that one. P/T Female.....ummmm I mean to say.....maybe meet a so cal female who would like to camp for a week?

Burning man to me is what you make of it. Seeing as I have never been in person (only in spirit) I want to get the most out of it.

As far as being only interested in Beer and Women, I think you have it way wrong. Yes I like to have fun......but then again who doesn't.

I was given a few CDs from the founder of Devil Duck Camp. I have showed many people these CDs. Damm !!! I have played them over and over. I am amazed each time I watch them. I want to be there.

I love the art. I love the people. I just love the idea of getting out in the middle of the desert with a bunch of FREAKS and partying.

I run sandrails out on a 1 mile wide by 7 mile long dry lake bed (ie. playa) too. We camp out there for many days on end. So the weather or conditions arnt going to be a problem, at least for me.

I was injured at work and have been down for over 4 years now....after many many surgerys and alot of time on my hands....I am finally walking. With the help of meds and a strong mind. My goal is to make BM07.

Burning Man can be many different things, but you seem to have some false impressions of what you'll run across, like women going crazy over beads and, well, available women in general. Not to say there aren't any, but the odds are stacked against us. It's also not a non-stop party. It's just too freakin hot during the day and a week is too long to keep it up.

A lot of people are on the playa with disabilities.
You should try to make arrangements for transport out there if possible,
or apply for a dmv permit.
Hot Wheelz camp is the place to ask for advice.
