tried that, i meant a link to the citation - douglas malewicki's paper from ihpva.org just times out. not important now since i can search some other parts to find what i am interested in, but he's an interesting guy http://www.canosoarus.com/

Here's a photo of the KazBus. It is not human-powered, but a couple of
KSR VIPs are affiliated with it, so we will probably have the KSR Kamp
next to it.

I should have realized that...anyways the ihpva site seems to be down, I can't get on there at all at the moment.

The KazBus is beautiful! I made some progress on my newest tall trike today, cut and welded some of the fork bits and dreamed of pedaling across the playa soon.

Haha, edit to poke at Elliot's thump rant...I'm a music lover and love the thump! thump! thump! Will soon go out and play Madonna's "Hung Up" at full volume heheheh

It seems near certain that Allen Brown of Corvallis, Oregon, will be joining us.
Here is a photo of his "Frogosaurus Rex". He has other Kontraptions
also, and he loves giving rides!

MUst cruise during the day.. At lest one time.. Give the folks a phot-op..
We could arrange it while the tits are floping. That way the cameras will be flashing. OR get a time alotted to cruising in the What Where When.

Good idea, Unjonharley. But not during the Critical Tits Ride, as I hope to have several Kontraptions in that. "Henry Ford Goes Surfing" and "Bounce For Glory" were in the CTR this year -- two ladies in our camp rode "Henry" and Peter gave a lady a ride on "Bounce." ("Bounce" being mighty difficult to learn to ride on short notice.) But yes, day cruising also. Looks like we are going to make it an Official Theme Camp, so we can get everything in the program.
Are you going to camp with us, Unjonharley?

Might be an idea to offer transportion for CT.. Or a wedding party.. Lets not forget to invite all decorated bicycles.. After all they are kinectic art also..

I think I will be camping alone this year.. Don't know if grand father can do the trip. I want to be in a location that will be central to my gig.. Which is mooping a good part of each day..

Hope to doll up the Musical Moop Machine. Maybe a 1954 pink Caddie rear fender and a jute box cut out on the front.. No I'm not wearing the poddle skirt.

Yep. Yep. Yep. I linked up with the Art Bicycle folks this year and we did a little parade. The organizer of that turned out to be a KSR'er from Arcata. It all fits so nicely together.

On the subject of mooping; the Kazbus camp had a moop and grey water problem when it came time for most of them to get to work the next day, so I volunteered to take care of the entire camp site. So I spent almost a day sifting grey water and so forth. Strangely enough, I did not mind it -- it was such a small price to pay the fabulous week. So I just volunteer with DPW for three days of cleanup in 2007. (After we finish our KSR Kamp! That all fits together also!

Movies we will have!
I have four short films from KSRs: Arcata To Ferndale 1992, 1994 and 2005; and Baltimore 2003. And fifth film coming my way. About 20 minutes each. And I have a projector. We showed some of these films on the side of my bus at the Ventura KSR in October. And something similar was shown at the camp ground in Corvallis in July. We could indeed set up a "drive in" style theatre, and you just volunteered!

Eillot movies would be good.. But to save your time,. There is a thread about movies and bring your film.. That way you would not have to be spread out to much.
