The Bar... Volume#2
(Having shouted a greeting wisecrack about "alcohol abuse" from the door...
...saunters up to the bar and starts showing snapshots.)
Regarding "Talking to Ralph on the big white telephone..."

Authentic unaltered snapshot from party in my neighborhood, late 1970's.
Everclear can do that.
Happy New Year to you all!

Herr Oberst (that means Mr. Colonel, for those who wonder
):
No, no... the bus is a real Blue Bird bus, with diesel engine, 40 feet long, and now
12 feet high. It replaces the smaller bus I drove to BM last year. The rest of the year
it is a Team Transporter for our Kinetic Sculpture Racing expeditions.
(Drags out yet another confounded "vacation photo".)
Here is the old bus, camped at 2:20 and D, in case you missed it.

I kind’a blew that one up, taking it up to 65 MPH -- which it wasn’t geared for. Bent
the valves. It was a $250 junker, and too small. This new one, name of
Millicent, The Kinetic Sculpture Racing Mobile Kommand Post And Tea Parlour,
is a keeper. I’m rounding up a number of Kinetic Racers for a more-or-less official
Kinetic Sculpture Racing Kamp this year.
Glad I dropped in to see what kind of noise you folks were making to ring in the New Year!
Great posters! See you soon.
(Mercifully gathers up his stupid pictures and leaves.)

I’ve been trying to think of a good way to make a number of MIRV cones, I’ll likely never get to it but it seemed like it would be cool if you could have say 5 MIRVs mounted on the end of a missile on it’s side by sliding a retaining clip they all fall to the ground and you have so many seconds to replace them and lock them in before a nuclear disaster occurs ( or an alarm goes off and you have to drink the funny tang )
light weight 2 foot tall cones that can take repeated drops. Hmmm

Yes, Happy New Year, SED, Zule, and Kernul! The mutant vehicle concept that I checked out yesterday is very nice! Got some of the details worked out, and ready to start basic construction.... Should be a blast.......In Space!SED wrote: Happy New Year Zule, Kill and Tit-Man.
