Help organizing an event

I'm planning an event that I'd like to show up in the list for next year, but I have no idea where to begin.

Any hints/suggestions/info would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not certain but I believe that a list opens up on burningman.com that you can add your event to.

Yes, the where what when guide, very easy to submit events. I've had the Home for Wayward Art listed twice, although the address was wrong once. Not open for submissions yet, too early. There's also a calendar for off playa events I believe, but I haven't looked lately and things change.
