When is the Art Placement Questionnaire made available?

This year I'm seeking to place art, music and fire deep playa and want to get my application completed. When are applications made available online?
Presently http://forms.burningman.com/ says that Art Installation Questionnaire is CLOSED.

That's from last year. It will be several more months before they start taking applications for 2007
