I'm a supporter of President Bush but I do believe he's a bad, or inadequate, communicator.

I had something picked out for you. It's a nice IED to put under your desk.

"The war on drugs to me is absolutely phoney; it's so obviously phoney, okay? It's a war against our civil rights, that's all it is. They're using it to make us afraid to go out at night, afraid of each other, so that we lock ourselves in our homes and they get to suspend our rights one by one.
Why is pot against the law? It wouldn't be because anyone can grow it, and therefore you can't make a profit off it, would it?"

I am the people your parents warned you about.

Funny you should mention that.
Last week I wandered into Shorty's (a chummy little downtown bar that specializes in pinball and hotdogs) with a friend and I played a little pinball for the first time in years. Anyhoo, I saw they had this old 60's William's machine - Surf City, or something ike that - and it was soooo simple and plain, I loved it. The scoreboard had those rotating numbers (only 5 digits!) and very, very few bells, whistles, ramps or other crap that just gets in the way of a good pinball game.
The machines of that era were meant to be played with a little body english, and I worked it, baby!
Please don't take this to mean I don't believe in "clean pinball".
Oh, but I do!
Just remember kiddies, the 'TILT' sign is there for a reason.

The last time I got "TILT," I think my machine wasn't working right. I kept tilting and tilting, then it fell over. The damn sign was STILL lit up.Sensei wrote: Just remember kiddies, the 'TILT' sign is there for a reason.

Never gamble against someone with the same first name as a city.

It would be a shame if I had to resort to self-deception to preserve my faith in objective reality.
