I see no rules or stipulations in your initial post. The header does not specify any rules either:

"I'll Pay Anyone $50.00 To Bring Rob the Wop Back"

Rob the Wop did visit eplaya, as the screenshot confirms. When you changed the rules after my initial post, you specified "here", you did not state this particular thread, so "here" means eplaya. If you are gonna crawfish on your offer...so be it. I need the $50
