I made the bases as a independance x
it worked very well, plus gives you all kinds of room to decorate

I did the bases in felt...and used a dollop of elmers in center and spirit gum on edges, it was uder alot of layers of corsets...and they stayed on perfectly till the reveiling.

Yep. There's premade stuff you can buy, ways you can fake up your own paper...but it occurs to me that I've actually got iron-on transfer paper for my printer and can do it that way....
