Why when you zoom out does the whole image go away? all the new breakwaters are not visable is you zoom out just a little, while other features are stll there. ie. smaller break water jetty type things.
Saw a show on TV about its design and construction, so if it is a hoax it is a very expensive one. Being backed by a prince (oil money). The outer breakwaters and location supposedly protect it from tsunamis.
