If you wish to gift you could always use the shared resources forum. As SB mentioned.. commerce is verboten. You are more than welcome to gift anything here as long as it doesn't violate the TOS. Gifting means there are no costs to the recipient.

There is a playa trading post on Tribe, bartering and gifting, no selling.

Technically, the commerce which is allowed/flies under the radar: tickets, and fundraisers for theme camps as listed in regionals and events. Rideshare if you count offering to pay for gas and expenses when that section is in operation. If it does not originate with the seller, then recommendations of where to get XYZ for your camp/art/vehicle generally are okay.

it would appear the line has been crossed with the adsense (google) adverts.

There is a great classified mod Pete from PhpCa has created. It is possibile for the adverts to run with no cost in them and could be an example of an online gifting community.

A bit like the diggers of old online, (I think it was the diggers)

Pictures can be attached to the mod and paypal can be added to it as well.

Tragically these days I am merely human in name not nature. Over the years I have turned into an organic lifesupport system for my computers. Just last year I noticed one of my fingers and laptop keys had fused into some cybernetic connection. So if the sun comes up or goes down, I don't see it and I am shocked to hear that four months of this year has already passed.

I thought it was still Feb 2.

Nah Aprils fools, it rocked, couple of scoobs, run to the bar for the shots and chased a kanga down the street.:)
