This is wonderful... really, why have a theme which encourages care of the plant/enviroment. I mean this is only the physical space where "Community" (Burning Mans prime directive) occurs". Hell, let do a Sports theme. I am fairly certain that most of us feel we do not get enough of that shit in our everyday life. So, what the hell let bring it to the Playa. All Joking aside GREEN MAN Lives!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Farking hilarious. But you forgot the most gentlemanly sport of them all, Polo! I'd be happy to make it Blood Polo, if that fits the new theme a little better.

Since horses would just die on the playa, i suggest using those caught trying to sneak in as mounts. Til they die, of course. How many stowaways are captured in any given year?

Buzkashi involves horses.
It's not as dull as polo either.

Some say it was originally a mongol game played with prisoners.
Very popular in pakistan too.

A human head only weighs eight pounds.
The person being chased rides with extra weight and with one hand.
Knowing this is what is done for amusement in afghanistan, I just laughed when I heard the russians invaded.
There is a great clip of the game at the start of The Horseman.
There are some videos out there too.
I think they ran a game on nightline once.

Beats the hell out of football.
If it involves a ball and no risk of death, it's not a sport, it's a game.
