Desparately need used CD's for BM art project

We building a highly interactive project this year and I am in charge of it's visual impact.
I am decorating our installation with used CD's. The point of making it from recycled discs is crucial.
If anyone has an acess or saved or works with CD's and does not care for them , please drop me a line. I would gladly pay for shipping.

I'm a digital DJ and go through CD's like crazy. These are home burned CD's and I've got a good amount that I'll never use again. Do they need to be store labeled style or is burned with sharpy label ok?

That is great!!!
I totally don't care about that surface and what is on it- all I need is the reflective surface, it is like a giant sequin , a shiny disc. the "info" part will not be seen much.

We are looking for volunteers to help build, paint, construct, anything that you can do would be of great help. We are building the Golden Spiral and the spiral ends up in the Center of a Large Sequoia tree. We live in San Francisco and will be working on the enchanted garden and sculpture for the project. I've been saving them for a couple of years... so you may be the lucky art project that I never came up with...
Probably have 150-200...or more

I'm in SF/Berkeley. maybe you can let me know if there are others in SF that we can coordinate a combined shipment.
