Bring out your dead or passed out.

Post by phil » Mon Jun 04, 2007 10:21 am

In keeping with the theme of keeping the playa green, I'm posting a couple of robots who are tasked with hauling off the dead or more likely on the playa dead drunk Burners:

Although labeled a rescue robot, the Hanuri-RT apparently takes away people who are using the playa as a toilet:

On the other hand, I can visualize certain Burners in playa regalia standing astride this latter robot as it trundles across the playa:

If I knew there was a robot that would pick me up I would be way more likely to pass out.

You are too modest...but he is a handsome devil.

Since that _is_ Robotland, maybe that should read, "You are too modest _and_ you are a handsome devil." :->

(Steve, let's do a full video with sound this year so we can share the full effect.)

Aw shucks, fellas.....

Dangit, Phil! Now the NEW suit will need a voxbox TOO. Actually, I've got THREE in the works- A "dress up" suit with extra lights and gear, strictly for nighttime wear, an intermediate for short daytime use and the "leisure suit" comfort version. (That's the only one that I can wear and still fit through the hatch on the.......Special Project.)
