Hell yeah, it's been too long, time for me to come home!
Mostly it's been girlfriends who got in the way, but this year I'm coming anyway!
I used to have a big theme camp, Johnny & the Playa Cruisers, always at about 9:00 & Esplanade... we were a bike repair shop camp/ranger camp. The camp eventually got too big and complicated and was too much work, and sorta dissolved. Like most do, as I understand it.

So, I won't be so easy to find this year, but the boat will be cruising all over, and last time it was on the playa I ended up meeting and cruising with lots of eplaya friends. The really cool thing is that THEY got to meet others too... someone would recognize the boat from the pic, come onboard, then another and another. That recognition factor is why the boat will have improvements but it's appearance will be the same.
It really works well as a way to get everyone together - and that's a good purpose for a mutant vehicle!
