Doc Pyro...use non drying modeling clay for a neck, can easily be molded to fit in neck hole and base of head, then SHLING slices and dices quite well, then just pick up clay and remold for next slicing! hehehee

Pinemom, I like that idea. So it won't dry out over the course of a full week on the playa? That gives me a place to begin.

The Annual ePlaya/3playa Meet & Greet has been officially listed on The Calendar page, but with no description. (My stupid cat jumped off of my lap and hit the enter key as I was composing on a seperate sheet of paper what I wanted to say. Oh well.) The description is that we will likely have over 100 people at BDC&WB (we are in Wheeeee!Ville, in all probablility on the corner of 3:30 and whatever the C Street will be called this year), and those people whom you've been flirting, fighting, sparring, jabbing, and lusting over will gather on Thursday evening from 6 p.m. until we kick you out (in 2003 that would have been sometime the next morning, but I digress) and we will eat and drink to one another. We do ask that you contribute something (i.e. ice, beer/liquor, hors d'ourves, large bags of cash). It is a lot of fun and if you are a Newbie, this is an excellent chance to strengthen your social skills and if you're a wily old veteran (hi BBSue!) then you already know what to expect. So if you intend to make it, let us know. A splendid time is guaranteed for all.

...wily...old...veteran... Hmmmmm.

Anyway, Lukky had another suggestion for your Be-headed Barbies: perhaps a pair of strong button magnets could be glued-in at each side of the cut (attraction sides facing each other of course). "Cut" the head off - and like magic is back on again with no fuss for the next performance... 8)

Dr Pyro,

Last year was my first burn and I fell in love with the event, the art and most of all the people. Unfortunately it was not until I returned home as a "Burning addict" that I learned of your wonderful camp. I am returning this year and bringing my partner and two very close friends. Meeting you and making a creative donation to your camp is at the top of our to do list. Take Care, we will see you in Black rock Barry, Kevin Ryan and Jen

Sorry you missed us last year, but we will be in all our glory this year. Look me up personally and I'll see what I can do to have a nice tour around Black Rock City arranged for you in one of our art cars!

I happen to know that one of Doc's favorite wines is a white merlot. And don't spend too much money on it, the Doc is a simple man with simple tastes.

I love white merlot, blyslv; as long as you're buying. It costs five bucks, right?

Just a little head's up and an update. The Annual ePlaya/3playa Meet & Greet is still scheduled for 6 p.m. Thursday at our friendly little holiday camp. It has been delisted from the Calendar of Events temporarily due to an editing snafu. It should be up any day. You will be there and you will enjoy yourselves.

And on Wednesday sometime around noon (being on Burning Man time, few things are absolute) the Annual Black Rock City World Nude Bike Ride will be passing through town and will be making a wine stop at BDC. If you would like to come over and heckle nude bicyclists, feel free.

Anyone got a large squirt gun?

Joel, I'll see to it they get a center display at our little holiday camp! Excellent work.

I think Pixar is hiring. Just sayin'.
