I thought I was so clever last year taking the lenses out of my old back-up pair of glasses and gluing them into some dust goggles. They got all fogged up and uncomfortable, but apparently a commercial vendor has read my mind.
Recently, when getting a new prescription and frames at one of the chain store lens grinders, they offered me their two for one special and I got these sealed sunglasses with interchanging night time orange lenses and a little clip of my own prescription and they are friggin awesome!
If you insist I'll tell you where and what brand, but for now let's just say they must be burners.

I ususally haven't worn my specs for any great length of time out there, being a disposable contact-wearer, but I can't sleep in 'em so I have to arrange to have a low-wind, low-dust nook somewhere in camp to "take my eyes out". I've learned to bring an eyewash cup and plenty of extra saline.
Not high on my spending list BUT...I have a wonderful pair of stylin' specs purchased at a yard sale- For those of you who watch Heroes, they look like the cheerleader's dad's glasses....late 50's to mid-60's-era hornrims with black tops and silver bottoms. I'm tempted to get some tinted lenses in my prescription and add some clip-on side shields to reduce dust intake. I just refuse to get a flattop to go with 'em. Pocket protector, maybe...

I wear contacts and Louise wears glasses. The military-style goggles fit fine over Louise's glasses and my contacts:

They're available online and at surplus stores everywhere. We've worn them to burns for a few years, now. Others work over glasses, too, I'm sure. I really encourage people who wear glasses to use goggles over them so you don't miss any of the glorious spectacle that's Burning Man.
