Misters and Double Cooling Shade Units

We are wondering what the best suggestions were to keep cool in the burning man heat. We are hoping to build a decent size structure and would like to not die of heat exhaustion. We were considering using misters and/or double cooling shade units. Thank you for your suggestions.

aluminet shade cloth 70% shade /30% breeze, reflects sunlight, about 25cents a square foot

Misters OK if you don't mind gettin ur stuff wet. (and then muddy) Find a used water fire extinguisher, fill up with water, fill with air , hook up the nozzles....pull the handle.... Refill as needed, then use your bicycle pump to pressurize, then relax.

I've never heard of a fire extinguisher that holds water or one that you could hook up a bike pump to. Where would I find one of those?
