Do you know about the DaDa Movement or DaDa Art Culture that occred near the early 1900s? If not, it may be good to look it up, since from what I can tell it is very similiar to aspects of the BurningMan culture.
Does anyone know if there is any serious study or continuation efforts for the DaDa Movement / DaDa Art Movement?

Absolutely. Dada was basically a revolt of art. It was also a springboard (as well as a fork in the road for a good number of 20th century painters. Any serious overview of almost any western art movement starting around the beginning of WWI will pay a LOT of attention to the movement. Unlike other art movements dada also incorporated spoken word, theater (Theater of the Absurd) cinema (Luis Buñuel's Un chien andalou), painting and sculpture.Does anyone know if there is any serious study or continuation efforts for the DaDa Movement / DaDa Art Movement?

Favorite dadaist:
Marcel Duchamp

Title of painting was L.H.O.O.Q. which when sounded out translates as "She has a hot ass."
Wild and wacky stuff, dadaism.
