I'm about 56 miles south of Klamath Falls in California. Klamath is where we do all our shopping (no sales tax). Have you heard of Tionesta?

Robbidobs, queen of the potties, is your neighbor. Haven't lived there for 22 years myself.

Different Tionesta, This one is in Northern California off Hwy 139, 26 miles south of Tulelake, ca between Alturas and Klamath Falls. We are an "unincorporated village" with about 25 residents. As you say we are the "Southern Gateway to the Lava Beds National Monument". We also are the road to Glass Mountain and Medicine Lake. You are welcome to visit if you wanna go for a drive, or stop by on your way to or from the burn. (although we will be in BRC)

The Local Klamath Newspaper the Herald and News had an article about her last year that was great. It makes me wonder what her throne looks like?

I saw the H&N article on line (been away, but can't quite let go). She has many thrones - but they all have holes.

There are many burners in Klamath Falls. Stop by the Daily Bagel on 7th and Main. Many of its staff and a few of its patrons go every year, I used to work there myself.
