Post by server47 » Sun Aug 05, 2007 7:17 pm

is it legal to use the picture on the ticket for gifts. i wanted to print out a bunch of postcards and use the art on the ticket as the design and pass them out as gifts at the burn.... didnt know if it was copywrited though. i would assume so but i just wanted to check. any ideas..?
just because a man dies for it doesnt make it true

If you're giving them away, you're unlikely to be sued for your profits.
If you're doing a lot of them, it might be nice to ask the org if it will upset anyone.
I doubt anyone will care.

If it's a gift that's ok, but you should also ask the artist. PM me and I'll put you in touch.
