Have dome, seeking camp

2nd time burner couple from Austin, Texas looking for a camp to join. We built a 3/8 3v dome this year, about 18' diameter and 6.5' tall. We'll be arriving Tuesday evening in a van via Las Vegas. We're hoping to share a generator, otherwise we'll be running our van to charge our batteries.

Also, and maybe unrelated, I would love to help set up some kind of large art structure, maybe something similar to the 2002 Temple of Joy display. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Once you get out to Black Rock City, take a look around. I'm sure you'll find all kinds of art structures or projects that could use a hand. If nothing comes up, look for the Black Rock Temp Agency near Center Camp - you can go volunteer there and they'll connect you with a project that needs help.

Lol! I'm in a similar boat with a dome and my old campmates aren't comming. I'm thinking that with the high levels of dust this year, any sort of structure will be a great place to have small camping tents take refuge.

I've got a 24 foot 3v. If any camp is really wanting said infrastructure, give me a PM.

Our camp could take you! Summer of Love sixties theme camp. We have an awesome location at 9:00 and Coral Reef.

Doing activities during the week and a bar every day. And hippies finery for others to beg, borrow or steal after the fashion show on Wed night!
